Your passion for building relationships between each Care Community in your region to their community partners and referrers is demonstrated in your enthusiasm for the quality of services we offer. Everyone around you gets energised as you promote our commitment to support each resident to live a meaningful life.
Working in collaboration with leadership teams in our Care Communities across your region and nationally with the Operational Excellence Team, you support Care Community managers to maximise all admission opportunities. You understand the complex financial and funding agreements available to customers and know how to, through guidance and coaching, help customer support team members support families to navigate the aged care system.
You challenge the process using your strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure that the Care Communities are compliant with legislation. Your dedication to the hospitality experience is demonstrated in how you champion change in our Care Community to ensure we are always providing best practice.
As the Regional Relationship Manager, you support your Care Communities to achieve strong occupancy results and welcome new residents into an environment where they will be living a meaningful life.

You make things happen in your Care Community to bring joy to those we care for and under your strong empathetic leadership you have the trust of your team.
You lead by example and hold yourself accountable for your actions as much as you do your team. As you walk around the Care Community chatting with residents, you keep a watchful eye out because “the standard you walk past is the standard you accept” and you accept nothing less than excellence. You use each correction as a coaching opportunity to develop skills in your team.
Juggling all aspects of the Care Community energises you - from maintenance of a dishwasher to accreditation visits. The administration side of leadership is one you easily manage with our systems to ensure the team is able to care for our residents effectively.
Your warm personality and strong communication skills put the residents’ families at ease with their decision to choose our Community and they feel welcome every time they arrive. Care conferences, meetings, rostering and handovers are opportunities you take with the team to recognise excellence, share learnings and champion continuous improvement all to deliver safe and effective care to our residents.
