Leadership is about making a difference for others – that’s why our Leadership School offers development programs for our team across all levels of our organisation. Our suite of programs is designed to help our team unleash their potential, take their leadership skills to the next level and achieve their career goals.

Our bespoke development programs are built on evidence-based research combined with deep sector knowledge, supported by coaching to help accelerate learning and growth. Participants apply authentic leadership techniques through hands-on experience in the workplace, collaborating with leaders in different functions across our Care Communities and Home Office on sector-changing innovation projects.

Each program is delivered by facilitators experienced in their field and who are passionate about aged care, so every learning experience is engaging.
